Entry-level support commences from $330 per month (based on a 12-month commitment), encompassing essential compliance activities.   • Development of a full set of customised safety procedures and policies

  • One follow-up visit and progress report (typically at month 6)

  • Monthly safety newsletter with legislative updates and best-practice insights

  • Business-hours phone and email support (limited scope)

Advanced Support Package

 

This tier provides increased frequency and depth for organisations requiring more regular oversight and responsive assistance.

  • One site safety audit per annum (with option for additional targeted inspections)

  • Detailed audit report and customised safety action plan

  • Full set of bespoke safety procedures and policies

  • Completion of up to ten critical risk assessments (site-specific)

  • Four follow-up visits per annum with corresponding progress reports

  • Monthly safety newsletter

  • Extended phone and email support (all hours, limited to reasonable queries)

Monthly Cost: $880 inc. GST

Comprehensive Support Package

 

This premium tier delivers the highest level of partnership, ideal for businesses with complex or high-volume operations requiring continuous expert involvement.

  • Monthly site safety audits (or equivalent frequency as agreed)

  • Monthly detailed reports and updated safety action plans

  • Complete set of customised safety procedures and policies

  • Twelve critical risk assessments (tailored to project needs)

  • Monthly follow-up meetings with key stakeholders

  • Quarterly board-level progress reviews

  • Monthly safety newsletter and legislative alerts

  • Priority all-hours phone and email support

  • Access to additional specialist services (e.g., incident investigation facilitation, custom training development, or project risk assessments — enquire for details)

Monthly Cost: $1,290 inc. GST

All packages are structured on a 12-month commitment and can be scaled or upgraded as your business grows.
